When you are adding a new booking, or viewing a booking or booking request, you can view the contacts booking history with you. This could be useful if you want to provide a special welcome to someone who has booked with you before. It could also alert you to the need to ask for a deposit if the contact has been a no show in the past.
You can view a contact's booking history when creating a booking, after you have typed the contacts email address and pressed the Find button. If the contact has booked with you before, you will see their booking history underneath the button to set their details on the booking.
To view a contact's booking history when viewing a booking, or booking request, press the view booking history button just below the email field.
