Reporting for parked tabs

The parked tabs report shows you any currently parked & tabs that have been previously parked and restored.


To view the report for Parked tabs, go into your back office and hover over the Reporting Icon from the left hand navigation. Click Sales > Parked tabs.



In the total value box, you will see the value of all currently parked tabs.


Beneath this you will see a breakdown all of current tabs parked. You will be able to see the Tab ID, Tab Name, Parked by (username), Parked at (time & date) & the value of the parked tab.



Note: In the Tab Name column, you can click on the blue hyperlink for each tab to view what items are currently on the parked tab.


To view previously Restored tabs, click the Restored  option from the Filters & Grouping section.


Viewing restored tabs


When switching to the previously Restored tabs report, it will automatically display information for the last 7 days. To change the range, click the date field. A calendar popup will display & you can select the time from the clock icon.


This can be amended in both the from and to fields.


Click the green Apply button underneath the calendar, to apply the date ranges selected.




You will then see the breakdown of all previously restored tabs. You will see the Tab ID, Tab Name, Parked by (username), Parked at (time & Date), Restored by (username) & Restored at (time & date).



Searching

If you have a long list of parked or restored tabs, you can use the search box to the right of the screen, to search for a particular restored tab.
