Member Stats Report

The Member Stats Report will show you statistics relating to visits and sales of your members over a given time period, including:

  • How many members have used the system over the time period
  • How many members have had a single tab opened in the period vs multiple tabs along with percentages, and average number of tabs per member
  • The percentage of total sales that were made to members, along with the total sales to members, and the total overall sales


You can access the Member Stats report through the back office, then click Reporting > Loyalty > Member Stats, from the left hand navigation.




Select a from and to date within the Select date range field. Then click the green Apply button and the report will generate automatically.


Note: If the report is taking a while to load, you will be presented with a modal to select whether you would like to wait for the report to load, or receive an email with a link to the report when it is available.



You will see Member data for the given date range including:

  • Member stats overview - The overall number of members broken down into active & deactivated
  • Member tab counts - The overall number of member tabs within the date range, broken down into single use & multiple use as a value & as a percentage
  • Members percentage of all sales - The overall percentage makeup of member sales, broken down into gross sales, net sales & gross profit
  • Member tabs sales totals - The total value of all member tabs, broken down into gross sales, net sales & gross profit
  • All sales totals - The total value of all sales, broken down into gross sales, net sales & gross profit
