Setting category availability

If you would like your categories to be available at specific times or on set days you can set this in the back office. When you limit your category availability, any products in that category will also be unavailable for the duration set.


To change your category availability log into your back office and select Products > Manage products.


Go to the sub category you want to set a specific availability for. In this example we will use Hot Drinks


Click the Advanced tab from the top of the screen.



Scroll down to Availability.


In the Day availability field, if the days of the week are selected, your category will be available on those days. If a day is deselected, on the back office, the category will show a Sorry not available message when clicked on the EPOS.




In the Timed availability field, you can choose a timeslot in which your category will be available from & to. 

When a timeslot is added in the back office, the category will display a Sorry not available at this time message when clicked on the EPOS.




Click the blue Done button in the bottom right of the screen, when you have added your availbility.



Press the Sync changes button at the top of the screen (in the orange bar) to communicate your changes to the EPOS.
