From the members groups summary screen you can deactivate & reactivate any current member groups you have.
To deactivate a member group, go into your back office & select Loyalty > Groups from the left hand navigation.
Click the green circle, to the far right hand side of the screen, in the required member group row, to deactivate your member group.
A red outlined circle will then appear where the green circle was. Your member group is now deactivated.
To reactivate your member group, click the red outlined circle. A green circle will now reappear & your member group will be active.
