Viewing a member in the EPOS

To view a member in your EPOS, go to Admin > Loyalty.

To search for a member, press on the search box next to loyalty, and make sure you have selected "Members" from the selection below.

Start typing the name or email address of the member and press 'enter'.

If more than one option comes up, choose the correct member.

Once you have found the correct member, click on their name.

You will then be presented with details of their membership with you. You will be able to see:

- Total points available to use (This is the number in white)

- Member details (Name, Email, Phone & Date of Birth can all be updated)

- Member card number

- Consent to marketing - toggle the switch to turn this off/on

- Print member statement - prints a statement of member transactions

- Resend wallet pass - sends the member a new email with a link to their Apple or Google wallet pass

- Any group memberships the member is assigned to

- Previous transactions where the member has scanned there card

- You can also create a new tab for the member whilst in this screen

The column to the left of the screen, will show you a list of all previous transactions, where the member has scanned their card. You can also click into each transaction and view the information.

This will show you a breakdown of the items in the transaction & the method of payment.

You can also create member groups to categorise your loyalty members. Groups can then be allocated to promotions in the same way as an individual member.
