You can add allergens and nutrition info to a product so that customers can see the information on mobile ordering menus and staff can easily access this information on the EPOS by pressing and holding the product button.
To add allergens and nutritional info, go to the product you wish to add the notes to, click on the advanced tab near the top left of the screen and scroll down to 'Allergen & nutritional info'.
Tick the allergens that the product contains and add any nutritional info you would like to add.
Once you are happy with your staff notes, you can sync the changes and they will be communicated to the EPOS.
Staff can then access the information by holding their finger down on the product button.
