An open price product is a product that will prompt the user to enter the price when they press the product button on the EPOS.
To set up an open type product, add the product as usual on your back office and set the sale price to 1.
Then go to the advanced tab of the product and scroll down to 'Other Advanced Settings'.
Switch 'Variable price product' to 'On' and then press 'Sync Changes'
The default for a variable price product is open priced, but if you need to you can also set a product to be priced per unit (e.g. weight or volume).
