Scanning a member RFID card

This article shows you how to link a purchase to a member by scanning a member RFID card.

Linking a purchase to a loyalty member will:

• Enable you to apply any promotions the member is eligible for
• Track the purchase against that member for reporting purposes
• Enable you to apply any credit a member has on their account

To link a purchase to a member by scanning an RFID, just tap the member's card on a linked RFID reader while on the PAY screen of the EPOS.

You will be presented with the below screen where you can apply any promotions the member is eligible for.

After applying the promotions you can pay the remaining balance as usual.
