You can specify whether the EPOS screen should flash when a new message is received, a new order is received, or both, in the set up module on your back office.
From your back office dashboard, go to 'Setup' from the left hand navigation.
In the set up module select 'EPOS' from the left hand menu and then the 'Order queueing and flashing' tab.
If you would like the screen to flash for new messages, turn 'Waiting message flash' to 'on'. The EPOS login screen will then flash blue for a new message.
If you would like the screen to flash for new orders, turn 'New order flash' to 'on'. The EPOS login screen will then flash red for a new order.
