Updating a submitted delivery

Once a delivery is submitted, any changes made are fully audited.

For this reason, it is not possible to amend the quantities for the existing rows on a delivery.  To make changes, new rows need to be added to make any necessary adjustments.

To do this scroll down to the Product details section of the delivery.

Start typing the name of the product you need to adjust the quantity of and then select the product from the dropdown list.

On the new row that is created at the top of the product details section enter the quantity you need to adjust the product by (this can be negative).

Then save the delivery by pressing the 'Update delivery' button in the bottom right corner. 

You will be asked to confirm that you would like to make these changes as they will impact your system stock levels.

In the status field of the Orders & Deliveries screen you will be able to see that a delivery has been amended by the star icon to the right of the status.

When viewing a delivery you will see the rows that have been added highlighted in green.

You will also receive an email to the email address that is set for delivery updates under the email notifications tab of the set up module notifying of the update and any change in the cost of the delivery.
