You can view members with expired memberships in the members section of the back office.
You can also set email notifications to inform you and your members when memberships are due to expire, or have expired.
To view a list of members with expired memberships, go into your back office & select Loyalty > Members from the left hand navigation.
In the Filtering section, select View expired memberships from the checkbox.
Any members with expired memberships will highlight in red, with an Expired label under the expiry date.
When viewing a member's profile, a red banner will display at the top of the screen to indicate if their membership has expired.
