Any messages that display for the Roaming device group will display on the Mini EPOS. Messages can be viewed on the Messages tab at the bottom of the screen. Any unread messages will be indicated in a red circle next to the messages tab.
Click the Messages tab to see a list of messages.
Note: If you would like to see messages that aren't displayed by default on the Roaming device group, you can switch the Show all toggle to On.
To acknowledge a message on the Mini EPOS device, hold down on the message.
Note: Messages between devices & system messages can be viewed & acknowledged. Booking related messages will need to be actioned on the EPOS.
A pop-up will display. The pop-up message will display the employee's name & the acknowledge message.
Click the Acknowledge message, to change the status of the message. When acknowledged the message will turn grey.
To view when a message was acknowledged, hold down on a greyed out message. The acknowledgement will display the following information:
- Who the message is from
- Who acknowledged the message
- The time the message was acknowledged
