Enable Pay by QR code

Pay by QR code enables customers to pay their bill by scanning a QR code at their table. To see how this works for a customer see Pay by QR code.

To enable Pay by QR codes, go into your back office & select Setup > Pay by QR from the left hand navigation.

The Manage Pay by QR screen will display.

Toggle Enable pay by QR to on. 

When enabled, the Venue details & Table management sections will open.

In the Venue details section, you will be able to:

• Add your venue address
• Add a venue phone number
• Add your venue logo & cover image

Note: Your venue name & venue email address will pre-populate

In the Table management section, you will be able to:

• Print QR codes for your tables (as set in your back office)
• Manage tables
• View each tables pay by QR URL

To save your Pay by QR information, click the blue Save pay by QR setup, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
