Low stock notifications

The low stock notification email will alert you when any of your products are running low on stock. It will include:

• the product 
• the minimum stock level you have set for this product
• the current stock level

If you have PAR level ordering enabled, you will also see columns for:

• PAR level
• Required order

To enable low stock notifications, go into your back office > setup > stock.

Scroll down to 'Low stock notifications', and toggle this switch to on. A new field will open up for you to select whether you would like to be alerted when stock levels reach zero, or the minimum stock level set for the product.

To set the email addresses that will receive the low stock notifications, select the 'email notifications' tab from the left hand navigation of the set up module.

Scroll down to 'Low stock notifications email' and enter the email(s).

Press 'Save' to confirm your changes.

When your stock falls below the threshold set, you will receive an email notification informing you of the product, the minimum stock & the current stock.

Note: Emails are generated overnight when any products are at or below the specified threshold.
