Installing BETA releases with Testflight

If you are part of our BETA release group you will download BETA versions of the BarTab EPOS app instead of downloading via the Appstore.

Note: Don't download a BETA release versions of the BarTab EPOS app until you have had confirmation you are in the BETA release group as the app may not be compatible with your server release. If you would like to be part of the BETA release group and receive new releases early, please request via your Telegram channel or support@tabology.com.

1. To download a BETA release first go to https://www.downloads.tabology.com/prerelease/ and press 'DOWNLOAD' next to the latest BarTab version at the top of the screen.

2. The first time you do this this will open up a page showing you the 2 steps you need to take to join the BETA programme. Click on 'Step 1 Get TestFlight'

Note: Once you have followed the below process you will be notified automatically of future updates and will be able to update to a new version in one click.

3. Press on the download icon next to the TestFlight app icon

4. Press OPEN

5. Press 'Allow' so that TestFlight can notify you of new versions of the BarTab EPOS app

6. Go back to the URL opened in step 2 (https://testflight.apple.com/join/nO0e2wIJ) and this time click on 'Start testing' under the BarTab EPOS icon.

7. Press 'ACCEPT' to agree to send feedback to the BETA testing terms

8. Press INSTALL

9. Press OPEN

10. Read the new release features or fixes and press 'Next'

11. Press 'Start Testing'

After following the above steps, you will be automatically notified of any future releases and will be able to update to these in one click.

You can set whether you would like the app to update automatically by opening TestFlight and toggling the 'Automatic updates' option under 'App information'.
