To process cash back with payment for an order, press the 'CASH BACK' button on the payment screen.
You will be prompted to enter the amount of cash back required, which you can enter using the keypad or quick amount buttons.
Press 'Add Payment' to record a card payment for the full amount due + the cash back amount.
You will be presented with the amount of cash back to give to the customer.
