If you use spotlight sales to track upsells or incentivised staff sales, you may want to set a target for these as a percentage of your overall sales.
You can do this in the set up module on the back office.
Select 'Reporting' from the lefthand menu within the set up module and then enter your target spotlight sales % in the 'Spotlight sales target percentage' field.
You will be able to see what your spotlight sales are against target in your management reports.
