Cloudbeds - adding items to guests accounts

After connecting your EPOS to Cloudbeds, you can add items to guests room bill on Cloudbeds by opening a tab for the guest on your BarTab EPOS.


If you have already keyed in the guests order, the quickest way to open a tab for them is to press the ADD TO TAB button.



Then press the CLOUDBEDS button at the bottom of the screen.



You can then select the guests room on Cloudbeds.



This will open up a tab on your EPOS with the items automatically added.



Alternatively, if you want to open a tab at the bar for a guest prior to adding items to an order you can do this by pressing MORE > Cloudbeds from the EPOS screen.


This will bring up the same view of checked in Cloudbeds guests to select the guest you would like to open the tab for.



The Open Tab button will change to View Tab, which you can press to be taken to the guests tab.



You can now add items to the guests tab via the ADD ITEMS button.



Any items added to a guests tab will automatically appear on the guests Folio on Cloudbeds, where a bill can be printed at checkout.

You can close a guests tab on the EPOS at any point, and open subsequents tabs for further visits to the bar.


If you need to void an item on Cloudbeds, press on the item on the guests tab and press Void Item on CloudBeds

 

This will remove the items from the tab and from the guests Folio on Cloudbeds.
