Sales for the current day can be viewed in the Management app by clicking the Menu icon from the top left of the dashboard, followed by Sales.
When in the Sales screen, you will see a list of items sold for the current days, grouped by item. You will be able to see:
- The category of the item
- The item name
- The total value sales for that item
To view more details, you can click on a specific sales row.
You will then be presented with the following details:
- The total value of sales for the product
- The root category
- Total sales (gross)
- The tax rate
- Total sales (net)
- Cost of sales
- Gross profit as a value
- Gross profit as a percentage
- Whether the sales were online or takeout
- The venue
