Adding a photo to a new member with a Tabology Reader

You can quickly and easily add photos of your members using an EPOS connected to a Tabology Reader. 

Member photos will be displayed on the EPOS when the member scans their QR code or RFID card. This can be useful if you want to prevent members from sharing the member passes with other people.

This article covers adding a photo to a new member, but you can also add photos to existing members.

To add a photo to a new member, create the member as usual. Then on the confirmation screen, click the Camera icon to the side of the member photo placeholder.

Then select the Tabology Reader, you will use to create a photo.

Your Tabology Reader will then automatically switch to the camera. Take your photo as usual. Then click Use Photo.

The Member photo updated confirmation prompt will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

The member's photo will now update on the EPOS.
