Setting a minimum turnaround time on booking types

If you need a set amount of time to turn a table over between bookings, you can set a minimum turnaround time. Minimum turnaround time is used by the realtime availability check and bookings auto-allocation, to ensure a set time is given between two bookings on the same table.


If you need a different turnaround time for different types of bookings, you can set this on a booking type. If you need the same turnaround time for all bookings you can set minimum turnaround time once in the bookings tab of the set up module.


To set a Minimum turnaround time on a booking type, go into your back office & select Bookings > Booking types.


Locate the booking type required, from the list on the left hand side & click the blue Edit button, or alternatively add a new booking type.


Click the Advanced settings tab.



Locate the setting Use custom turnaround time & toggle this to On.



Another field will open up for you to set the Minimum turnaround time. Enter your turnaround time into the corresponding field. Then click the blue Save button.
