Overriding a course (Mini EPOS)

The default course for the products on an order is determined by the course set on the category the product is in. You can see the courses on your order by the line breaks in between each group of items.

Occasionally, you may want to change the course for a particular product, for example, if a customer asks for their starters and mains to come out together.

To change the course of a product, long-press on the item. The Update product modal will be displayed.

Under the course section, press the or to decrease or increase the coursing number.

You will see from the course breaks that the course for the product has changed. In this example, Spaghetti Carbonara has been set to come out with the starters.

If you use a kitchen printer, course breaks will be printed between the course, just like on the order screen.

If you use a kitchen screen, the order will be processed in the order of the courses.
