This article covers adding notes to an individual product. If needed, you can also add a note to an entire order.
A note added to an individual product will be displayed next to/underneath the product dependent on the length of the text. You will then also be able to see this on the relevant printed ticket and/or on the screen order ticket.
From your current order, long press on the product you want to add a note to.
An empty text box will be displayed for you enter your note. Click inside the textbox, to initiate the keyboard.
When you have entered your note, click the OK button.
You will return to the Mini EPOS screen. Click the green basket icon & drag the basket up towards the top of the screen.
The note will display under the individual product.
