This article covers adding a note to an order on the Mini EPOS. You can also add a note to an individual product.
Note: If you add a note to an order, this will apply to the entire order. The note will not be linked to a specific item & will also display on both food & drink tickets relating to the order.
To add a note to an order from the Mini EPOS, click the Note icon at the top of the Mini EPOS screen.
An empty text box will display for you to enter your note. You can also select from any predefined notes you have set up.
Click the green Done button, to apply the custom or preset note.
You will then return to the Mini EPOS menu, click the green basket button, in the bottom right to view your order.
Drag the basket Up, the custom or preset note will display at the top of the order.
The note will also display on the order on any kitchen or bar order screens and any printed order tickets.
