You can add images to your products that will display on the EPOS button instead of the standard text label. Adding images to branded products, such as draught beer, can help staff find the button more easily and speed up service.
To show a product image on an EPOS button, locate the product from Manage products in your back office.
Click the Advanced tab & scroll down to the EPOS Display.
In the EPOS button image field, select whether you want to upload your own image from a device (JPEG or PNG file) or pull the image from beer rating website, Untappd.
Note: Any images pulled from Untappd will be added via a link to the image on Untappd servers. Occasionally, if an image has recently changed on Untappd, an old link may be returned that doesn't display an image (you will be able to see this from the preview). If this happens we advise searching for and adding the image again, which will usually pull the correct image. If the URL for an image you have previously linked changes, you may need to pull the image for that product again.
By default, the background for any buttons with images will be set to white. If preferred you can also set the EPOS button colour, which will then show as the background colour of the button.
If you need to remove the EPOS button image, click the red Remove image under the URL image link.
Click the blue Done button from the bottom of the screen, and then scroll back to the top of the screen & click the Sync changes button, to update your EPOS.
If you are using EPOS button images on products, the images will also display in the back office.
