Adding a wallet pass to a loyalty scheme

When you have created your loyalty scheme, you can set up & customise a specific wallet pass, that only customers who join that loyalty scheme will receive. 

To create a wallet pass for your loyalty scheme, go into your back office & select Loyalty > Loyalty schemes from the left hand navigation.

In the loyalty scheme module, locate the required loyalty scheme you want to add a wallet pass to. Click the Blue edit icon, to edit your scheme.

The loyalty scheme will load to the right of the screen.

In the Wallet pass tab, click the blue Create wallet pass branding button.

You can now add labels, images and colours to customise your pass branding.

• Venue name - this will be displayed at the top of the pass and on any push notifications to the pass (note, push notifications are supported by Apple only)
• Upload a logo - Displayed in the top left corner of an Apple wallet pass
• Upload a strip image - Image across the top section of the Apple and Google wallet passes
• Upload an icon - Displayed in the top left corner of a Google wallet pass
• Add a label colour - Colour for text labels on Apple passes
• Add a foreground colour - Colour for text field values on Apple passes
• Add a background colour - Main colour of your background

As you customise your pass, you can see a preview of how it will look on both Apple and Google devices.

When you have created your wallet pass, click the Status toggle to Live, then click the blue Save button.

At the top of the screen, under Scheme name, you will see a pass branding icon if you have created one for your loyalty scheme.
