Version 1.25 of BarTab EPOS introduces a new, faster way to switch between pages of product & category buttons. The flow is currently in BETA, giving you the ability to try out on a specific iPad and make any adjustments to your layout before switching to the new interface on all iPads.
Note: Any specific positioning of spacers or buttons after the first page of products will need to be adjusted to appear the same on the new layout as on the old.
You can try out the new interface by going to the admin page of your EPOS and pressing the DEVICE button in the top right corner.
Then switch the Use new EPOS interface toggle to On.
When you log into your EPOS, the screen will open on the category you have selected as your default category. You can immediately tap product buttons within this category to add them to your order.
If there are multiple pages of products in a category you can swipe left or swipe right with your finger to quickly move between pages. The small dots under the product buttons will indicate which page you are on.
