When viewing a tab on the summary screen you can add an order straight to the tab by pressing the 'ADD ITEMS' button on the top right of the tab detail view.
This will bring up the EPOS screen with a message at the top of the order view signalling which tab the order is for.
Add items to your order as usual and press 'ADD TO TAB' once done, which will take you back to the tab on the summary screen.
You can also add an order to a tab from the EPOS screen.
