Fetching staff from Deputy

When you add any additional staff members on Deputy, these should pull through to Tabology automatically so you can map these to your staff members


If you have added a new staff member on Deputy and you don't see them in the staff list, you can also refresh the list manually from the Deputy integration config page.


To sync your staff members, go into your back office & select Setup > Integrations from the left hand navigation.



From the Integrations page, scroll down to Deputy oAuth & click the green Configure button.


From the Deputy configuration page, click the blue Fetch staff button.



In the top right hand corner, a green confirmation message will display indicating how many staff records have been pulled from Deputy.


The Last retrieved time stamp will also update to reflect this.
