This article covers how to re-send a member's wallet email from the back office. If it's more convenient you can also do this from the EPOS.
To re-send a members wallet email, go into your back office, then click Loyalty > Members from the left hand navigation or main dashboard buttons.
Scroll down to search for your member, or if your members list contains a lot of members, you can use the Search function to the far right hand side.
Select the member you require by clicking on the member's name. You will be taken to the Member edit screen.
Click the Admin tab from the top of the screen. From the Admin actions available, click the blue Send wallet pass email.
At the confirmation prompt, click the green Send button.
An Email sent prompt will then display to confirm the wallet pass email has been sent.
